18 Feb Headland achieves ISO 9001:2008 certification
We are extremely proud to have achieved ISO 9001:2008 certification. This international certification recognises that we operate a Quality Management System of the highest standard and that we have the appropriate quality policies, processes and procedures in place. Moreover, the certification recognises our commitment to continuous improvement in all aspects of our work.
We achieved the certification following a period of review and improvement of all of our existing quality management procedures. We then proceeded to implement the revised system which sets measurable objectives for the company, records customer satisfaction as well as non-conformances and preventative actions. We believe the certification will result in time and cost savings for the company as well as highlight our focus on excellent client service.
