  • T: 01314677723

Marilily joined Headland in March 2017 as the Head of Central Services & HR, and brings with her 20 years of experience in management and senior leadership roles. Having previously worked in manufacturing in the European import-export trade industry, she now leads the People and Business Services division at Headland, responsible for the Finance, Human Resources, Learning & Development, Safety, Health, Environment & Quality (SHEQ), Administration and IT department, is part of the strategic team of MOLA Headland Infrastructure and is a member of the Headland UK Board of Directors.

Blending her business-oriented culture with her love for people development and innovative techniques, Marilily is utilising her understanding of the organisation and its context, in order to use these insights to drive the strategies and solutions to meet organisational needs.

In pursuit of excellence, fairness and dedication, Marilily often quotes her favourite line to her teams: “To improve is to change; to perfect is to change often”.
