Modern Slavery Statement

Headland Archaeology (UK) Ltd is committed to ensuring that modern slavery and human trafficking have no place in our business or supply chain. This statement is made pursuant to section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps we have taken to ensure that slavery and human trafficking are not taking place in any part of our business or supply chain.

Our Business

Headland Archaeology (UK) Ltd is one of the UK’s leading providers of archaeological and heritage services. We employ over 220 staff across six offices in the UK and Ireland. Our supply chain includes providers of specialist analytical services, equipment suppliers, vehicle hire companies, and accommodation providers.

Our Policies

We have a number of policies in place that contribute to ensuring modern slavery does not occur in our business, including our recruitment and selection policy, our equal opportunities policy, our whistleblowing policy, and our ethical business practices policy.

We carry out due diligence on our supply chain and require our suppliers to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships.
