Business Administration Team Leader
Tony joined the Business Administration department at Headland Archaeology in 2022 and has progressed to the role of Business Administration Leader where he oversees a wide range of operations within the business including Fleet, Office and Travel Management.
In his role, Tony plays an important part in keeping operations running smoothly, supporting both day-to-day activity and the wider needs of the business. He works closely with Project Managers, Resource Planning and site teams to ensure colleagues have what they need, when they need it.
Tony takes pride in building strong relationships with suppliers across the UK and supporting clear, effective communication between departments. Known for his attention to detail, approachable manner and practical “how can we help?” mindset, he is always ready to step in and support wherever needed.
He is committed to building an administration function that colleagues can rely on with confidence - a team where no question is too small or too complex, and where administration is recognised as a dependable backbone to the business.
