Innovation Coordinator
Ruschane Joginder is Headland Archaeology’s Innovation Coordinator. She brings a multidisciplinary background in engineering and management and cross-sector experience across the UK and Middle East. Her career spans the built environment, water management, and aviation sectors, with a recent transition into archaeology. Her cross-sector background perfectly positions her to identify opportunities for innovation and collaboration both within and beyond the heritage sector.
Ruschane has demonstrable experience in driving innovation across industries. At Hydraloop, she helped introduce a revolutionary decentralised water recycling plant into the Middle Eastern market. During her time at the UK Civil Aviation Authority, she managed the Airspace Modernisation Support Fund – a fund that provides financial support for innovative ideas that help modernise the UK’s airspace. At Headland, she continues to lead on innovation, identifying how developments in archaeology can contribute to fields such as soil science, environmental, and geophysics.
