Resource Planner
Rowan joined the business in January 2022, having worked primarily in Resource Planning roles within construction orientated industries prior. The Resource Planning role was introduced as a new addition to the People and Business Services division.
Over the last four years Rowan has adjusted to the dynamic of a new industry, gaining insight into Commercial Archaeology and the existing ways of operating, and engaged with key stakeholders to introduce a planning process for our fieldwork team. The process revolves around forecasting our fieldwork projects accurately and efficiently, then allocating and mobilising suitable staff to upcoming sites. Rowan works very closely with the Project Management team, assisting with logistical arrangements, and has key involvement with fieldwork recruitment, including introducing and conducting fieldwork new starter inductions.
